tis.... the boosh band played and everything! check em owt: uk.youtube.com/watch?v=_V7yuZQGc3Auk.youtube.com/watch?v=ZzD-m_-nR2cuk.youtube.com/watch?v=AlRUnF72lW4&feature=relatedother stuffs from the lodge: God that was a million zillion trillion times better than last years gig! Noel stayed coherant throughout and ended up doing tons of material with his pre-act banter and actual set near the end. Count Arthur Strong was a bit too weird for my taste and I didn't understand half of what he was saying, but Dan Clark was a massive and pleasent surprise! I'd seen all of his material before but it still made me laugh. Oram and Meeten were great too and have a wonderful double act chemistry. Matt Holness doing Garth Marenghi literally had me and my friend in stitches the whole time. We were giggling like loons every time he opened his mouth. I enjoyeds Razorlights set very much, even if they only did two songs (Before I fall to pieces and America) and although it was only Johnny and Andy they pulled it off well. The Boosh Band. I giggled like a nut the whole way through. Julian was smiling and looked genuinely pleased, although didn't say much. They introduced Dave onstage as some Japanese businessman for Nanageddon and he sat on a chair and read the financial times before leaping up to the microphone to yell his lines. He's a bloody good singer! Then for Charlie Rich came onstage too and him and dave were bouncing around like nuts ;D Noel really looked suited to the role of band frontman, and was throwing himself around and pulling shapes left right and centre. Oh and there were clips of the moon inbetween the acts like last year too. ;D I took about fifty pics and can hardly choose which ones to post .... Here's a picture... brilliant night!! the boosh band was amazing. we were proper spoiled with that line up weren't we? i agree with evilduck that the count was probably an acquired taste though! the two lads who got up on the stage to speak about the cancer trust were really inspiring - let's hope they made loads of money for their charity - it was really moving. didn't manage to spot any modwolves but i did see matt from busted and harry from mcfly, oh and dee plume giving someone a lovely hug xx yeah as far as i can remember they did charlie, nannageddon and electro. i loved the woman commenting on noel's rams legs "they is well sexy" - "thank you chav lady!". i also loved whoever shouted out "NOEL YOU SEXY BITCH" when they were getting ready to play a song. not exactly eloquent, but true nonetheless! i only heard one person screeching with laughter at that arthur strong guy - i think she was wasted tbh. upset i didn't see anyone famous in the audience! didn't know dee was there! www.thisislondon.co.uk/comedy/show-23385625-details/Teenage+Cancer+Trust+Gig%3A+Noel+Fielding+%26+Special+Guests/showReview.do?reviewId=23476612My photos are all on my Facebook (along with last years if anyone wants a gander at them as well!) here < www.facebook.com/photos.php?id=285200190 > Not sure if you have to be my friend to look at them or not, but feel free to add me anyway! (if that link doest work and you have facebook, here's her profile www.facebook.com/people/Nina_Hammond/285200190)and this is Helen's patch that dave signed i114.photobucket.com/albums/n260/Radar_rox/TCTApril08013.jpg
